i hate you. another perfect poem? what's wrong with you?
the title - intriging, caught my eye immediately.
the poetry - we'll...uh...get to that later.
the opening line - not forciblly comparitize with the poem until i read it the second time, but sparked my attention.
the closing line - beautiful. it moved me. it was one of those blunt lined, not drifting-off-into-nowhere lines.
every time the speaker described the other character...that is where your most beautiful poetry emerged. here, you used a wide range of vocabulary (not nessasary, but very colorful) and countless images. i also enjoyed the short-line style in this poem, as opposed to the long line style in others. it makes it easier for me to understand.

For those of you who don't know, Ted Bundy was a serial killer. He would go from college campus to college campus brutally raping/torturing and killing college girls. His last victim owned her own house; it is said that he acted as though he had been hit by a car when he came up to her porch. She let him in to her house so he could recuperate and get help.
Well, for the starters, you seemed really lonely, but it wasn't the depressing "I'm dying here" lonely. Not sure who you were talking to...well, I might have an idea but it kind of seemed like the person was ignoring you. I don't know what makes me think that way...
"I brought you down here
to relish your sudden grasp
of my tireless preparations,
the delicious late bloom
of your recognition.
You grope for a handle
that isn't there."
This melted me, hince it's in my AIM profile....I think it was the perfect way to end everything. This entire stanza, really. Though not really positive, it's like the close of the book you've been trying to finish for awhile.
